My Favorite Cookbooks

Starting a diet overhaul can be hard, but there are so many resources out there for you! I recommend starting with one resource and then branching out, I hope there is a book below that speaks to you and you decide to try. Scroll through them all, I saved the best for last!

Remember these dietary pillars when picking recipes:

  1. 5+ servings of vegetables a day

  2. Protein every time you eat, but limit animal protein

  3. Low grain (and possibly gluten free!) and low dairy (possibly dairy free)

  4. Fruit is great, don’t over eat it, make sure you aren’t eating fruit instead of vegetables

  5. Keep out those processed foods, sugars, and sugary drinks (you can do it!)
